Everyone in the office from Chad and John to Cookie, Kaitlyn and Lisa were extremely patient and helpful. This has been the best experience we have had with any builder we have worked with.

Nothing we decided to do or change in the house was too difficult for Chad to handle. No job was too large or too small. All the people that were recommended to us (Chuck at Carpet Mill Outlet, Erin at American Fireplace, Kelly at Stone Innovations, Alan at Deer Run Stone, Todd the excavator and all the carpenters, electrician, etc, etc.) were wonderful to work with and most helpful. And...everything was completed so smoothly according to the time frame that Chad gave us.
