Everest Custom Homes is able to offer diversified product lines to meet our customers new home building needs and we're able to do this with either Panelized Construction or with Stick Built Construction.

With panelized construction the panels or components which consist of walls, floor sections and roof trusses are built in a controlled environment. These pieces are then trucked to your building site where a crane will lift them into position and constructed at your site.

Stick-Built Construction is where your home is constructed entirely or, in most part, on site rather than in a factory. This will give more site sensitivity to tree removal and access will be less of an issue.
